Thank you for choosing Barrett Fragrances! We are truly excited to get your order to you and are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and positive shipping experience every time.

Here’s what you need to know about our shipping practices:

We ship most domestic orders using USPS Ground for dependable delivery. Your order is typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $50 or more ship free.
  • Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

We are unable to ship internationally due to fragrance transportation regulations

Package Protection At checkout, you have the option to add Package Protection for added peace of mind. This optional coverage protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Pricing is tiered based on your order subtotal:

  • Orders $0 – $74.99 → $2.99
  • Orders $75 – $149.99 → $4.99
  • Orders $150 – $299.99 → $7.99
  • Orders $300 and above → $11.99
  • If you choose Package Protection, we will promptly replace or refund any order that is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged.
  • If you choose not to add Package Protection, shipping is at your own risk. In that case, Barrett Fragrances is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for shipping-related issues.

We strongly recommend adding Package Protection — it is the simplest way to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and perfectly every time.

Signature Requirement For added security, all orders over $125 will require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking and Delays If your package shows a delay, please check the tracking information included in your order confirmation email and contact USPS directly for the most up-to-date status. If there has been no movement for 7 days or more and you purchased Package Protection, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund. Simply reply to your order confirmation with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
