I don’t own the OG therefore can’t compare them but this is an amazing fragrance. It’s complex, a little spicy vanilla, and different from others that I own. Will definitely consider a full bottle!

Almost identical scent wise but even better! Quality of oils used , presentation, bottle and cap..really make you feel like your folding something special! Longevity is easily 8-10 hours or more on clothes!
Barrett company. I was blown away by how beautiful it smells. I got another one for my husband and he loves it. Please if you have not try any of their colognes, don’t hesitate to because you will be blown away by how amazing their products are and with a fraction of the price compare to the OG. And most of the OGs don’t last this long. I will continue to purchase from them, unless if they change their quality. Did I mention that their customer service is out of this world. Excellent company own by Excellent people.
My juice is dark and potent. Its a year and a half old and it smells like the OG.

I had ordered a sample size for my husband before and he got killer compliments, So I Purchased the large bottle and it do not Smell anything like the sample size. It seems as if they are two different Perfume, I don’t know if I need to let it sit and macerate Or I got the wrong perfume in that bottle.

For a holiday weekend the shipment turnaround was fast, but I’m loving Barrett’s version of Grand Soir. I’ve already made a 2nd order of 3 more travel sizes and 1 full size of their version of lost cherry (travel size) was sold out so that should tell you something. I’m ready to order the full size of Nuit Francaise.
You’ll be smelling like like a grand wearing this. So let me just say that fragrance is a good fragrance. It’s a quite sophisticated scent. Love the floral aspects to it: but low score of this comes down to personal preference of how this scent smells one me. This has the same thing as BR540 for me. It’s it’s kinda like a love/hate relationship. So I would probably suggest something this once the new samples start to roll in. Unless you are familiar with the dna a bottle is definitely not a question. I’m familiar with the dna & I will say Barrett definitely made it better in my opinion to the point I would wear it more often. Maybe I’m judging this one quickly but if half stars could be giving this would be a 3.5 not 3 stars but definitely one of the lowest ratings of a fragrance I’ve given this house. I will update if anything changes.

I stumbled upon Barrett Fragrances by chance when I ordered a cologne from another source and they included this as a sample. I immediately was blown away and ordered a full size bottle! When my order arrived, again, I was blown away! The presentation was among the best I have ever seen, the quality of the oils used let me know I had something special in my hands, and the scent.....wowza! How is this fragrance house slept on????? Don't even get me started on performance....easily wears all day and then some!
This fragrance is so close to the original. Amazing. Will buy more fragrances in the future.

Now this!!! I love it!! This smells so intense and deep. It is strong and leans masculine but the sweetness takes over and makes it a dream.
This stuff is addictive this was a sample I got with my last order and after spraying I couldn't stop sniffing myself. I almost hate that these come with free samples because then I want the full bottle! highly recommended
