Big Blue is big and versatile. I have only had it for a short time but can tell that this one will be one of the fragrances from Barretts that I will use regular because of it versatility. Cant say how close it is to the original but it performs like a blue fragrance should and has given me about 7 hours of performance for work while being a pleasant experience for the night time when it has been my SOTN. Easy grab and one that should be a no brainer for those that want something a bit heavier in profile and want something with that blue feel.
I took a chance on Big Blue because I loved BDC on paper, but hated BDC on *my* skin. So glad that I tried it because Big Blue is the best of BDC, from open to full dry down, and the longevity is amazing. Just an absolutely beautiful scent that will be in my primary rotation for a long time to come.

I bought a 10 ml lipstick atomizer and fell in love instantly. I almost used it all in 3 days from over spraying it just to get that opening again. It's definitely not a 1 to 1 clone so don't expect that. It's just a clean blue lavender fragrance with lemon, bergamot and mint blended perfectly together. It's a fantastic fragrance to wear. I definitely recommend Rocky mountains too if you're looking to buy more than one. I've been getting compliments from males and females every time I wear it. Barrett fragrances has a plethora of wonderful scents for us to choose from. Spirit of Satin is amazing too along with Azure shore. Good luck choosing them, they are like Lays potato chips and you can't have just one.
Big Blue is a longer lasting and more citrusy version of BDC Parfum. It removes the screechy metallic musk from the original and replaces with more lemon/grapefruit making it more useful for summer. This is excellent if you wanted to wear the Parfum flanker during summer hot days. I call it Bleu De Chanel Eau Fraiche but with excellent performance!
Just got my big blue!!! Shout out to Stax reviews that put me on this. I can’t wait to get more the smell is just amazing I have never been a fan of cologne but Stax just started a new habit definitely recommend and will get more asap… thanks for the samples as well
Wut it dew! Man this big blue is a daily driver. It can be worn in any situation day or night if you’re just starting a collection this is a Swiss Army knife to have in the collection. Great job ross keep up the good work.

BDC get out the way! This town ain’t big enough for the both of y’all. So for starters this is blowing BDC out of the water no doubt. The biggest difference here to my nose it that the citruses seem to be more amped up to make it even fresher & maybe abit more of the floral components are amped. I personally can’t stand everyone smelling like this at all times. So it strange to say I like the twist Barrett put on this to amp up on the citruses. This is also a great performer that gives out about 8 hours strong. Definitely can’t go wrong with this one.
With Big Blue, Barrett improved on BDC Parfum. I fell in love with BDC *on paper* in the store, but, *on skin*, every version of BDC fell flat, either due to poor performance or an unpleasant skin scent after the citrus evaporated (quickly). Big Blue is exactly what I thought BDC would be.
Big Blue is my top summer fragrance this is just a beast a when people around me smell it they give me a hug so they can get some lol. I just this one very well done.
Big Blue is such a great fragrance. Just got my 10ml teavel spray deliver today. Can’t stop smelling it. It’s really good. I can smell all the notes. Will definitely oder the 55ml soon.
Blue Shower gel fragrance done to tee. If you’re looking for great mass appeal and great versatility this is the frag for you. The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 is because I don’t love the Blue shower gel scent profile but wanted to give it a shot because of the value and track record of excellence I get out of this brand. 100% worth it for the 10ml and if your unsure if you want a full bottle just get the 10ml first.
Have not smelled the OG but very much smells like a great Blue Scent. Super versatile and good for most people. Not sure if i want a full bottle but happy to explore with the 10ml

after trying a decant of bdc Parfum i was hooked it was an amazing scent in my top 5. for over 100 bucks for the small bottle it was a little out of my price range. i saw this was a alternative so i tired it out.
1. the color is a lovely cobalt blue juice
2. the scent is stronger than the original
3. its not spot on bdc parfum but its really close. i may like big blue a little better
