As someone who owns the body wash, lotion, oil, and perfume of Missing Person, I can tell you that this is an incredible dupe! I was really tired of rebuying Missing Person, because it takes nearly half the bottle to have moderate projection. So when I found Barrett’s interpretation, I was so happy because it is an Extrait. Needless to say, I will defintely be using this instead of the OG. Sillage and projection are amazing, and the scent is spot on. I’m very pleased.
This is a great option for anyone who loves delicate, intimate scents. It lays close to the skin and feels sensual and cozy. Definitely a nostalgic touch to it.
Love the scent, hate the bottle. This is the second atomizer from a Barrett fragrance that doesn’t work for me, the first being a 10ml. I’ve been pouring the perfume out into smaller bottles as I need it, but it would be nice if this could be rectified
Bought the ten ml and then the full size a couple days later. Not particularly complex, but a very easy, sweet musky fragrance

Knocked my socks off heads and shoulders better than the OG and also the Finery versions. Ross killed it with this one.
"Longing For Home" is quite a comforting fragrance that I will repurchase. It shares some notes with a fragrance I wore years ago - Intimate Musk by Revlon - which brought back some feelings of nostalgia. They both share notes of Bergamot, Sandalwood, White Wood (I.M. had Virginia Cedar) Musk & Jasmine. Since Intimate Musk is discontinued I am delighted that Longing for Home has some similar notes but with a much more updated DNA. I think this is a safe blind buy because it is just a nice, comforting scent that would be great for the office (where you may want a softer fragrance) or curling up and watching a movie or reading a book.
This one is so good, I'm getting the larger bottle next. This scent brought a past memory for me as the smell was familiar and soothing. Perfect alone or as a layering combination.
